American bakeries range from wholesale operations that supply restaurants to neighborhood shops that sell bread, pastries, cookies and cakes over the counter, and many of them also pour coffee. Bagel shops boil and bake on site and sell out of favorite flavors by late morning; donut shops open before dawn and are often family-run; patisseries and cake studios take custom orders for weddings and birthdays and usually need one to two weeks' notice. Ice cream parlors, gelato shops and frozen yogurt bars are seasonal in the northern states and year-round in the South and on the West Coast. Prices are posted per item, by the dozen or by the pound, and most shops now take cards and mobile payment.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 7 am–8 pm. Brooklyn is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Traffic in Brooklyn peaks on weekday mornings and afternoons, so allow extra time then. Addresses read from the street number up to the city, state abbreviation and five-digit ZIP code; the map link on this page shows the exact spot.

A simple, old-fashioned donut shop on Brooklyn’s G Line, a hotspot for donuts. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and you can get some really satisfying donuts there (I can’t believe a single donut costs $10 in New York!). I grabbed Apple crumb,Red velvet, Crème Brûlée Donut,

Tried a “Samoan Donut” - SO GOOD! I don’t usually get fancy flavors, but I’m glad I tried this one. Very flavorful, just the right amount of sweetness, an excellent price…. And even though I came later in the day and it was still super fresh. It was so good I couldn’t stop to take a photo until it was half finished…. Yum!

Ordered off uber eats. Presentation and packaging was superb and the donuts were delicious! Will definitely be ordering again. I got the salted caramel, Dubai chocolate, Snickers, and crème brûlée donuts. All of them are contenders to be ordered again but the Dubai chocolate was my favorite!

Donuts here are so good! Very large and only $3 (if you pay with cash). We got an apple fritter and honey dipped donut. The employee taking my order was so sweet and I loved the honey dipped donut. Really soft and tasted fresh. I’d definitely come back when I’m in the area!

Yeast donuts are fluffy, chewy, fresh and very clean testing. I got their strawberry frosted donut which was good but the strawberry frosting didn't taste homemade. They accept cards.
